It’s time for another weekly spread!
This spread is a dashboard, I think, with the top 2 pages are the beginning of the week and the bottom are the end of the week. There are hearts with the date number each the day like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.
The next page I use the long box stixker for the menu box, hydrate stickers for the “Hydrate”, exercise stickers for “Exercise”, vutamins stickers for the “Vitamins “, and the weight sticker for “Weight”.
The last page is the “Recap” to journal my week of the week. I am awful at writing after the stroke, so this is practicing writing a paragraph. Eventually, I will write an essay, research paper, and thesis.
